Flycar completes its first interstate flight

Have you ever dreamt about flying a car? Well now you can fullfill your dream soon! I am talking about a flying car fitted with 160hp BMW engine, fixed propellers and a ballistic parachute.

Many companies have tried their hands in making flying car in past. One such is made by AirCar and it has completed an inter-city test flight for the first time. This was also the first time any flying car completed an inter-city flight. The car flew between two international airports in Nitra and Bratislava in Slovakia on June 28. The flying car took 35 minutes to cover the distance.

The flying car, called AirCar, is capable of racing at a speed of 170 kmph and can perform several manoeuvres mid-air. The flying car is capable of flying a distance of 1,000 km at an altitude of 8,200 ft.
